Before ruler was invented, the man ruled with hands. After ruler was invented, the man started to rule with rulers. But without ruler, the man can still rule with hands. And guess what, on many occasions hands are better than rulers, the only problem is hand are not as accurate as rulers.The man is the man, an the ruler is high-technology.
