1.选C的话得用that he had seen 因为证人看见那个人相当证人陈述来说，是过去发生的事，应该用过去完成时2. 虚拟语气助动词提前是相对于主句来说的，而条件从句应保持原先的语序不变牢记，虚拟语气需要变语序的只是主句，其余只需按原先顺序照搬就成If /条件从句this university didn't have such a good reputation/,（I would not have come here.主句） 而且hasn't（助动词）后只能加原形have，直接把b、d否了。
