They are all good idea, but the point is you, open your mouth to speak, whenever meeting a froeign friend, in the oral english class, or listen to a CD or MP3, LISTEN, REPEAT, then it comes your talking。At the same time, for sure you should pick up a certain suitable book, start from daily life content, then come to working related part, or more complicated, the important is you are intreseted in it, don't bing something book you are not realy in, that's a pain, never helps。good luck!。
