gamut = complete range of .... 这段句子有点含糊。我猜是讲保险计划： 20元保单和30元加强保单。如果是这样的话，user 用的不对。that 也意指不清 （猜是指20元计划）也许可以写成：Customers don't see much difference between a $20 plan and a $30-plus plan. Actually, the $20 plan more or less covers the gamut.
