重装系统再恢复注册表 ＝白装了！！一般不要利用这种方式偷懒安装程序还能进入系统吗？如果能恢复新装的注册表最好了查看网络连接设置，先删除多余的内容（保留TCP/IP)微软提供的问题解答（英文）

找一台装win 98的机子，在windows/system 里面查找“SKNFW.VXD”（虚拟设备驱动程序）。找到后，复制到你的电脑里面对应的文件夹里面应该就OK了。 当然，你也可以从win98的安装盘里面提取这个文件，或者到网上下载。

由于前后系统的配置不同，所以单纯的恢复注册表是不行的，而且由于设置不同，有些安装内容也不同，即使是同一个光盘安装的也不能够通过这个方法恢复，况且优化大师本身就是一个软件，如果想避免每次安装的麻烦可以试试使用一些绿色版的，现在有不少都是这样的，另外备份也是一个好办法，不一定要重新安装系统，备份恢复的速度很快，和新系统是一样的
