最好根据上下文，不可一概用already，那样显得不够地道。很多情况下用完成时态来表达即可达意，不必非得像中文一样加个“已经”，这是由于中文没有时态，才需要加一些辅助的词。如： I had read the book last month. 我上个月已经读过那本书了。
