If your operation system version is english， you cannot setup your input mode in chinese.because E version can't be compatible with c version.So I suggest that you reinstall your system in chinese, you know the pirate version in china is very cheap. If it's not convenient for you, I can send a copy to you in FTP.

哈哈~你找个中文版的操作系统安装了就行了啊..或者试着从网上找找汉化补丁..
