what's the matter 可以说是固定搭配的，除了一般疑问句要把is/was提前，其他的句子都是用完整的what's the matter （我学的是新教材（牛津教材）说是两个都可以，但老教材是说一定要用what's the matter，后来，我们老师就让我们在两个同时出现的时候一定要选what's the matter，如果what's the matter没有，只有what the matter is时，就选它）
