楼上两位的确是从文法上加过苦功的绝对不是“南郭先生”不过、如果是美（中部）口语的话亦可以明白的、因为他们已习惯了是如此使用的。

语法不对．demands后that引导了一个宾语从句,从句的谓语为"should be adept",这里的"should"不能省略,否则宾语从句就不成为句子了.同意楼上sindock的改法．但是有一点和sindock意见不同,宾语从句里的主语为"each party",因此"to it"这个介词短语是修饰主语"each party"的.
